The Problem

When a cinema finally opened in Dominica I saw an opportunity to make my first mobile app. Allowing cinema-goers to purchase tickets online would reduce a lot of friction and cost to the cinema in the ticket-buying process.

The Solution

I decided to create an app that could not only allow users to buy tickets, but also allow them to buy snacks at the concession stands, and view the schedule of the cinema. The app was complete with user authentication and persisted data with Firebase Auth and Firebase Firestore. This was my first complete app in Flutter and my first time using Firebase.
