The Problem

Many Dominicans face the problem of their cell service provider automatically renewing their data plan when it is finished as long as there is money in their account. This renewal happens the moment the data plan is finished, and stopping the auto-renewal was made intentionally difficult. This is very inconvenient and causes the loss of thousands of dollars each month. Service numbers for prepaid phones are also hard to memorize and can be error-prone.

The Solution

Eco Dialer not only allows a user to put a combo plan, but also to dial other service numbers such as “my balance”, “please call me” etc. without having to memorize a long number such as **126**17671234567#. The app sets a reminder when you put a combo plan to notify you that it is about to finish. The app allows prominently features a countdown to the expiry date. Eco Dialer allows you to cancel the auto-renewal feature of combo plans with the click of one button.
